Shipping policy
COSTS
Brambas offers free shipping to the following countries:
- to Spain on all orders above 119€.
- to European Union countries on all orders above 129€.
For orders under that price, we have the following shipping costs:
- Spain (except in the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla): 5€
- EU, Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla: 15€
- Outside the EU: 20€
SHIPPING
At Bambas we ship both nationally (Spain) and internationally.
Here’s the list of countries we currently ship to:
Andorra, Australia, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Canada, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom, United States, and Vatican City.
Delivery Times:
If the product is in stock, the order will be shipped immediately to the delivery address provided by the customer. In general, unless there are holidays, we follow this rule to assign you the closest possible delivery date.
Delivery times depend on your location and the shipping option you choose:
- Spain Standard: 2–3 business days
- Spain Express: 24 hours
- EU Standard: 5–7 business days
- EU Express: 1–2 business days
- Rest of the World Standard: 5–10 business days
- Rest of the World Express: 1–3 business days
Please note that these times may be affected by customs procedures.
If your order includes a pre-order item, the estimated shipping date will be shown in your order summary. Remember that if any product in your order is a pre-order, the entire order will be shipped once that item becomes available.
If there is any unforeseen issue with the delivery, we will contact you via the email address provided during registration on the website to find a solution. Alternatively, we may contact you by phone if it was provided, or directly attempt a second delivery to the provided address. If contact cannot be made and the product is not delivered on the first or second attempt, the customer will be responsible for contacting the carrier or Brambas via email and will assume any additional costs for further deliveries.
CARRIERS
The customer can choose the most efficient carrier for their area to ensure their order arrives in the best possible condition.
DUTIES
If you are ordering from outside the EU, import tax and duty charges may apply. Import taxes and duties vary from country to country and they depend on the value of your order.
At Brambas, all orders are delivered duty paid (Incoterms® DDP). All fees, including taxes & customs duties, are already included in the final price you pay at checkout.
This means no additional charges upon receipt of your parcel.
CONSIDERATIONS TO KEEP IN MIND
If any delivery timeframe is altered, the Brambas Customer Service team will notify you via email or phone with an estimated delivery time for your complete order. We will keep you informed of any changes to this timeframe.
If an order includes multiple products, and not all items are available for immediate shipment, the customer may request partial shipment of the order and subsequent delivery of pending items. Partial shipment can only be requested if the complete order’s delivery will be delayed beyond the indicated delivery times on the website. Partial shipment must be approved by Brambas, which retains final decision authority regarding partial shipments.
We do not deliver to P.O. boxes. We reserve the right to withhold shipping for orders with incorrect addresses. In any case, we will contact you using the details provided to resolve any issues or clarify any questions that may arise during the processing of your order.
