EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

 

CANCELLATION

The customer may cancel their order and request a full refund if it has not yet been prepared to ship. To do so, they should contact us as soon as possible via email at hola@brambas.com, providing the following information:

  • Name
  • Email used to order
  • Order number

If your order has already been prepared, you will have to follow the return process.

 

EXCHANGES 

Important:

  • Please note that we only accept exchanges for sizes. If you wish to change colour, please treat it as a normal return and make a new purchase at a later date.
  • Socks are not eligible for exchanges or returns.

If you would like to change the size of your Brambas, you can exchange them within 30 days from the date of receipt of the product. 

To do so, please make sure that the products must be unused, undamaged, tried on only on a clean floor or carpet (not outdoors), accompanied by the delivery note, in their complete original packaging, with all original tags attached. The Brambas shoe box must also be intact and must be placed inside another shipping box

If we consider that the returned products do not meet the requirements set out in the General Terms and Conditions, we will not be able to accept the return. In such cases, the products will be sent back to you at your own expense as used items.

The costs of exchange must always be borne by the customer, except in the case of the first Spanish peninsular exchange, which will be free of charge. If a customer refuses to cover the return shipping costs, Brambas reserves the right to deduct up to 60% of the product’s value from the refund amount.

The costs for the first exchange are the following:

  • Spain (except in the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla): FREE
  • EU, Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla: 15€
  • Outside the EU: 30€

The costs for the second and consecutive exchanges are the following:

  • Spain (except in the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla): 15€
  • EU, Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla: 30€
  • Outside the EU: 60€

The only exception is if you have received faulty goods or the wrong item(s), in which case Brambas  will cover the cost of the exchange.

Under no circumstances will Brambas be held responsible for customs costs or any possible retention by customs.

RETURNS

RETURNS - PROMOTIONS WITH FREE GIFT

In promotions that include one or more free items with the purchase, the return of the purchased product must be made together with the return of said free items.

If any of the free products are not returned, the amount corresponding to them will be deducted from the total to be refunded in the return.


WRONG ITEM OR DAMAGED GOODS

If you have received the wrong item or your product is damaged, you can exchange them within 14 days from the date of receipt of the product. 

To do so, please send us an email to hola@brambas.com with your order number and explaining the problem. Add some pictures or video of the broken parts if necessary.

Brambas will cover the cost of the return and we'll send you the correct products once the first order arrives at the warehouse.

Under no circumstances will Brambas be held responsible for customs costs or any possible retention by customs. 

 

REFUNDS

As soon as your return has arrived at our warehouse and has been processed by our quality control department, we will arrange your refund to your original payment method. We will inform you once we have processed your return.

Please note that the refund can take up to 10 days, depending on the bank.
