These terms and conditions govern the relationship between Brambasbarefoot, s.l. and customers on the Brambas website.
Brambasbarefoot, s.l. reserves the right to modify or change these conditions at any time. If the modifications constitute a significant change to the terms, Brambas will notify customers by posting an announcement on our website.
Our services and/or products are available only to legal entities and individuals who are at least 16 years old.

PRODUCT FEATURES
Brambas offers a wide range of products. The products displayed on Brambas are footwear and accessories. The features of each product are described on the product page.
HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER
To place any order, the customer must contact Brambas and provide the necessary information for purchasing the products available on this website. The order information provided must be accurate, complete, and updated at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a violation of the terms, which may result in the dissolution of the contract with Brambasbarefoot, s.l.
Once accepted, the customer acquires the status of a Brambas Client.
Orders must be placed by following these steps:
1. SELECT PRODUCTS AND ADD TO CART
The user can select desired products and add them to the shopping cart.
2. REVIEW CART AND FINALIZE PURCHASE
After selecting the products, the user reviews the cart and proceeds to complete the purchase by entering the necessary information for the order.
3. SELECT PAYMENT METHOD
Once the required fields are completed, the user clicks the payment button to select/enter payment information.
4. CHOOSE PAYMENT AND SHIPPING METHOD
The user chooses one of the available payment or financing options and selects the shipping method.
5. ORDER CONFIRMATION
Once the purchase is completed, Brambas will send an email confirmation with an order ID. If you disagree with the details, you may request a modification or cancellation of the contract within 24 hours of the order confirmation by emailing hola@brambas.com, provided the order has not yet left our warehouses.
6. ORDER VALIDATION AND ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
Validating the order implies that you have been informed and expressly accepted these general conditions. The proof of these transactions is based on the data collected by the website, which will store the electronic document formalizing the contract. You have the right to access this document.
Discount Coupons
Discount coupons or codes are for individual use only, non-cumulative, and subject to the indicated validity dates. Brambasbarefoot, s.l. reserves the right to cancel any promotion for individual or group customers if it is deemed to be used abusively or inappropriately.
PRICES AND PAYMENT METHODS
The customer agrees to pay Brambas for the contracted products, including any applicable taxes and late fees.
The prices applicable to each product are those listed on the website on the date of the order, including VAT for transactions within Spain. However, per Law 37/1992, of December 28, regulating this tax, the transaction may be exempt depending on the buyer's country of residence and status (business/professional or individual). Thus, the final order price may vary from the price listed on the website.
During payment, Brambas will redirect you to the secure SSL payment gateway of Shopify.
Brambasbarefoot, s.l. accepts the following payment methods:
1. Credit or Debit Card
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Amex and UnionPay. Payment is made immediately through Shopify’s secure SSL payment gateway. Refunds or cancellations, if necessary, will be made via the same card. All personal and banking data are protected in compliance with Organic Law 3/2018 on the Protection of Personal Data and Guarantee of Digital Rights (LOPDGDD).
2. PayPal
Through PayPal, the payment will be authorized, but no funds will be transferred until PayPal verifies the order. A PayPal account is required.
3. Shop Pay
Shop Pay is an accelerated checkout that allows customers to save their payment and shipping details for faster purchases. It offers secure transactions and the ability to track orders easily. You can also pay in 3 interest-free rates and earn a 1% Shop Cash to spend later on other Shopify stores.
4. Google Pay
Google Pay is a fast and secure payment method that lets customers check out using their saved cards and billing details from their Google account, streamlining the shopping experience.
No other payment methods are accepted.
FINANCING OPTIONS AVAILABLE
The customer may opt for the following financing options when making a purchase on our website:
1. Klarna
With Klarna, the customer can buy now and pay in 30 days, or choose to pay in 3 installments (interest free). Simply select Klarna at checkout, choose your payment plan and complete your checkout. The amount will be charged based on the payment plan you choose.
2. Shop Pay
Shop Pay allows the customer to pay in interest-free rates (3 months). The customer can also choose the 3 to 24 months financing option with diferent interest rates.
REQUIREMENTS FOR FINANCING
To access financing options, the customer must meet certain requirements established by the associated financial institution. These may include credit verification, financial history, and other criteria determined by the financial entity.
FINANCING APPLICATION PROCEDURE
The customer may select the desired financing option during the purchase process and will be redirected to the financial entity's platform to complete the application by providing the necessary information.
ACCEPTANCE OF THE FINANCIAL ENTITY'S TERMS AND CONDITIONS
By opting for financing, the customer expressly accepts the terms and conditions established by the associated financial entity, including interest rates, payment terms, and other financial conditions.
CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY
The customer acknowledges that the financial entity is responsible for approving or denying the financing request. Any issues, disputes, or queries regarding financing should be directed to the financial entity.
RIGHT OF RESERVATION
The company reserves the right to modify available financing options, as well as the associated terms and conditions, with prior notification to customers through the platform.

VALIDITY OF PRICES AND OFFERS
The products offered on the website and their prices will be available for purchase while they are in the product catalog on the website. We recommend accessing updated versions of the website to avoid price errors. In any case, ongoing orders will retain their terms for 7 days from the date they are formalized.
WARRANTY
Legal Warranty: In accordance with RDL 1/2007, durable goods have a warranty of 3 years from the date of delivery.
The warranty does not cover deficiencies caused by negligence, improper use or handling, or materials subjected to normal wear and tear.
For issues justifying warranty use, repair, replacement, price reduction, or refund will be offered as legally established.

CONFIDENTIALITY
All information and documentation used during the contract, development, and execution of the services that govern the relationship between Brambas and the Client is confidential.
Any information received from the client, such as images, emails, texts, or access data (usernames and passwords), will be treated confidentially and will not be shared with third parties.
Information that is not considered confidential includes that which is disclosed by agreement between the Parties, becomes public, or is required by law or court order.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Brambas reserves the right to make changes and updates to the information on the website, its configuration and presentation, and access and contracting conditions at any time without prior notice.

LANGUAGE
The contract between Brambasbarefoot, s.l. and the Client will be in Spanish or English.
JURISDICTION AND APPLICABLE LAW
Brambasbarefoot, s.l. and the client agree to be governed by Spanish law to resolve any disputes arising from access to or use of this website, and these general terms of use and contracting are governed by Spanish law.
Under Article 29 of Law 34/2002 on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce, electronic contracts between businesses or professionals are subject to the jurisdiction of the User's residence, with both parties agreeing to waive any other jurisdiction.
